DO'S AND DONT'S
TERMS OF SERVICE
By agreeing to commission me you are also agreeing to follow all the rules listed below. If you are caught breaking these rules you will be blacklisted or even blocked.
TOS apply to new and old commissions
GENERAL
#1 - I have a right to decline any commission for any reason.
#2 - Commissions have the choice to be private.
This should be stated before the work is started due to updates on my Patreon.
PAYMENT
#1 - You must pay before the commission is started.
#2 - Payment will be by Paypal in USD or AUD.
TERMINATION
#1 - I may terminate or suspend access to my service immediately, without prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever.
This includes breaching the terms of service.
#2 - You may terminate your order at any time without reason but will be charged for the work completed. eg. If the sketch has been completed I will keep the amount of said cost. You will receive the rest of the payment in full via Paypal.
TIME OF COMPLETION
#1 - Depending on the number of orders and real-life situations your commission may be done fast or slow.
The usual time of completion is 1-2 weeks of ordering. The longest will be a month.
( if longer a free sketch will be received or option to cancel )
#2 - Commissions are made in order.
PROCESS
#1 - I will send a sketch(s) for approval before starting your order.
#2 - Edits/changes are available only if something is forgotten that you had requested in the commission. eg. Missed marking.
#3 - If there is a major change, you will be charged.
#4 - Please be specific on what you want on your commission! Ask for edits when the sketch is sent,
please avoid changes when coloured or yet finished!
PLEASE NOTE!
Before printing, purchasing it creating any product or item with my artwork on it you must contact me first. Depending on the scale of this there may be a charge for any large-scale publication and advertisement.
Anything smaller I’d like to give permission on first as well as a record so I know where my work is going.
If you are found sharing my work in one or more of these ways without my permission first you will be declined any further contact with me and my services, the termination of your product/creation and possible legal ramifications.
